We’re delighted to share that both The Spiritual Indian Corporate and The Corporate Spirituality was featured at the Thought Leadership Meet (TLM) on May 29, 2025, hosted by NHRD Bangalore Chapter in collaboration with 1to1Help.
This special edition of TLM, themed “Walking the Talk”, brings together a community of leaders committed to purposeful and conscious leadership. The evening gave some meaningful stories, reflective dialogue, and shared wisdom.

National Conference 2025
On February 7-8, 2025, I had the privilege of presenting The Corporate Spirituality at the prestigious NHRD National Conference as part of their Books & Beyond segment. It was an enriching experience to engage with HR professionals, leaders, and thinkers who are actively seeking ways to integrate deeper purpose and well-being into the workplace.
The conversations around spirituality at work—once considered intangible—are now being met with curiosity, relevance, and urgency. I’m grateful to NHRD Bangalore for the opportunity to share my research and framework on how spirituality can be understood, measured, and meaningfully applied within organizations.

The Spiritual Indian Corporate At the NHRD Bangalore Chapter's 12th HR Showcase, held from February 9th to 10th, 2024, Dr. Anshul Gupta's book, "The Spiritual Indian Corporate," was prominently featured. The event included a dedicated book display where Dr. Gupta had the opportunity to meet with some of the most influential figures in the corporate world.
The attendees expressed that the concepts presented in her book are crucial and much needed in the current corporate scenario, highlighting the growing recognition of workplace spirituality's importance.
