On January 18, 2025, at Crossword, Krishna Curve, Mumbai, Dr. Anshul Gupta hosted the Mumbai launch of her book, The Corporate Spirituality – Models, Measurements, Challenges, Ethics and Answers. The event featured an engaging fireside chat with Mr. Rajesh Kamath, Co-founder of Chiranjeev Gurukul and Founder of Chanakya Consulting Insights, whose teachings have been instrumental in shaping the ideas presented in the book. Dr. Gupta and Mr. Kamath discussed the essence of spirituality in the workplace, offering practical takeaways for today’s professionals.
The evening continued with a compelling panel discussion on the theme “Spiritual HRM – Today’s Need,” bringing together distinguished voices from the world of business and human resource management. The esteemed panel included Mr. Manojkumar Sharma (Group Head – Industrial Relations, Adani Group), Mr. Aniruddha Khekale (CHRO, Waaree Group), and Ms. Ophealia deRoze (Human Potential Evangelist & Business Consultant), alongside Mr. Kamath. Bangalore Book Launch

On December 17, 2024, at Crossword, Shantiniketan Mall, Bengaluru, Dr. Anshul Gupta hosted the Bangalore launch of her book, The Corporate Spirituality – Models, Measurements, Challenges, Ethics and Answers. The evening began with a deeply engaging fireside chat with Ms. Kasturi Cotha, a seasoned HR leader known for her extensive experience in leadership and human resource development. With her thoughtful questions and grounded insights, Ms. Cotha explored the need and future of corporate spirituality in the Indian context, strongly echoing the solutions and themes presented in the book. Her presence added immense value to the event, and we remain grateful for her continued support.
